September 8th
1:00 pm – 6:00 pm | HOSPITALITY DESK HOURS
Flying Longhorns Hospitality Desk Open, Redmont Hotel Birmingham.
4:00 pm | CHECK-IN
Check-in begins at Redmont Hotel Birmingham.
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm | WELCOME EVENT

Join us for appetizers and drinks!
September 9th
1:30 pm | DEPARTURE
Buses depart for the Flying Longhorns tailgate and game.
Please meet in the lobby by 1:15 pm.
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm | TAILGATE
FLYING LONGHORNS TAILGATE
Quad Tailgate Locations 241C and 242C, which is part of the University’s Quad area. The tailgate includes a barbecue buffet and an open bar!
Alabama runs a Game Day Shuttle that requires a singular drop off point at Lot D, which is part of the larger Quad area. Please plan for an approximate 10-minute walk from the bus drop off to our tailgate on the quad. Refer to your walking map for more details and keep in mind we will all be walking together.

HOOK ‘EM HORNS!
45 Min Post-Game | DEPARTURE
Forty-five minutes after the conclusion of the game, the Flying Longhorns bus will depart for Birmingham from Lot D.
